Hippo aka Jax is a 4 years, 1 month old male American Pit Bull Terrier/Mix who weighs 65 pounds and has been with us for 37 days. Jax is 4 years old, 65 pounds and has been around other dogs including small dogs and has had no issues. He's a wiggle butt who seems to have drawn the short stick when it comes to having a loving family and a place to consistently call home . We affectionately call him Hippo ?? He was apparently found in Moosic but he was a regular loose dog in the avoca area of Luzerne county. In any event , in either county , nobody is missing him. But he sure misses the affection of his humans . A Dogs only flaw is that they continue to trust. Hippo would love to show you how silly he can be .
